Un-intentionally I took 2 months off this blog; writing, planning, editing, brainstorming etc and this is my first blog post of 2022, which originally was going to be my 2022 goals (that will be next!) so I thought I’d just have a catch up. Been a very busy few months with life; my new business taking off, uptake of hours I am working, Christmas, New Year, My Birthday and a Trip to Prague have all happened in the time I have been away.
I spent my birthday with my boyfriend in which he’d planned the entire day for me (full day of activities), including; couple’s massage, afternoon tea, axe-throwing (highly recommend!), mini golf and an evening meal with my family too! Couldn’t have thought of a better way to spend it!
The trip to Prague was a surprise birthday present from my boyfriend to go with him and his family, we had such an amazing time, saw all the sights, walked 20k steps a day (active holidays!) and made some lovely memories I will cherish. I’d highly recommend taking a trip to Prague, we only went for 5 days and that was in my opinion the perfect amount of time, any shorter you’d have missed a few bits and any longer would have felt like it was dragging. Despite our flight back to the UK being delayed due to the THREE storms in the UK we missed whilst away, the whole trip was exactly what I wanted for my first trip post-covid!
Soon there will be a PT Diaries update as a lot has happened since the last one, I’ve just been so busy I’ve not had chance to update you but it is coming I promise! Hope everyone is doing well and excited for this year ahead. 2022 has something about it that is providing me with a lot of positivity and hope for the future.
