Tips on going back to the gym!

The time has come! Tomorrow is the day! 12th April has been a date long awaited by near enough everyone in England as a date in where some of the COVID-19 restrictions get relaxed. The big one for a lot of fitness fanatics out there is that the gyms are allowed to re-open again! Struggling for Productivity?

It’s become a thing that you are even team #productive or team #whatdayisit? in lockdown. Now, before I start, I am not saying you have to be productive everyday or at all, this period of time is your time, do with it what you like.
