Since Lockdown begin, so many people have had to part ways with the gym. Some are secretly quite happy about that and others are missing their beloved. As lock down/quarantine is starting to lift I have only just fallen in to a routine that I’d still like to try stick to. It’s given me a slight structure to my day. I have been on and off ‘plans’ and ‘routines’ and even ‘timetables’ in the past few weeks or just having a few tasks I want to complete in that day.
It’s become a thing that you are even team #productive or team #whatdayisit? in lockdown. Now, before I start, I am not saying you have to be productive everyday or at all, this period of time is your time, do with it what you like. I’ve found myself either having super productive days or literally doing naff all, so I thought I’d write this in case it helps anyone else in the same position.Read more
