Tips on going back to the gym!

The time has come! Tomorrow is the day! 12th April has been a date long awaited by near enough everyone in England as a date in where some of the COVID-19 restrictions get relaxed. The big one for a lot of fitness fanatics out there is that the gyms are allowed to re-open again! I decided to write this post off the back of an Instagram post I published over on @hannahkayfitness in where I gave a few reminders for those people who might be knocking down the door to their gym the minute it re-opens again.

PT Diaries: First Update!

If you have read my previous PT Diaries blog post (Can find here) you’ll know I’m in the process of studying and training to become a Personal Trainer. Back on that original blog post you can find out what courses I am studying, who I am training with and how I started out.
