As you may have seen, I have had a huge influx of Guest Posts being published on my blog and I wanted to a blog post rounding all of this up. I’ll be telling you what a guest post is (if you haven’t guessed already), my views and opinions on guest posts and the pros and cons for everyone involved. So lets get to it…Continue reading “Why I love all things about a ‘Guest Post’”
No. That’s my answer to that question. Thanks for reading. If you want to figure out why that’s my answer, some things that I’ve learnt and realised from being single and a bit of advice from single friends, please read on.
I didn’t know how much of my ‘personal’ / ‘private’ life I was going to share online however I realised I can write posts like this without the need to share much at all. It’s more of a ‘what I’ve learnt’ and ‘advice’ style post but I hope you like it and hope it helps even just one person.Continue reading “Is being ‘Single’ all that bad?”
As I’m writing this post we are all still in lockdown/quarantine and I thought I’d try bring some positivity to the blogging world (not that we need it, it’s the most supportive community I’m a part of!) but just sharing my love of other blogs and bloggers that I enjoy reading:Continue reading “Blogs & Bloggers I’m Loving ATM”
Week Fourteen: ‘Define ‘Love‘ in your life.’
It’s the last one and it’s a good one! I know I have taken forever to post this one, however I took the whole of February off from writing, posting, promoting anything to do with my blog, mainly due to my schedule being so busy and up in the air I didn’t know when I’d have the time.
But as well because of having such a manic January I find it hard getting back into a normal routine with everything element of my life when it hits Feb, but this year it threw me off more because of the car crash I was in the day before my birthday (end of Jan) so I had been sat out of dance with a fractured rib and wasn’t really organised enough in any area of my daily routines, But here I am now. Week Ten: ‘Write a letter to your 40-year-old self.’
Dear Hannah Kay,
As I am writing this you’re currently 21 years old, living in Leicester and getting ready to go back home (Leeds) for Christmas! You’ve been embracing some alone time during the lead up to a very busy few weeks and are insanely excited to go home and see all the family! Continue reading “‘Loving You’: Write a letter to your 40-year-old self.”
Week Four: What do you want to achieve within yourself within the next 5 years?
Woah, 2 blog posts in a week, who’s this? Well last week I published a blog post kicking off my 14 week series called “Loving You” where each week i’ll have a different task or question to answer all aiming to better myself, grow and appreciate myself more and learn to love myself fully. So here goes nothing…
Where do I begin…. I’ve posted on here before about Stay Sassy, I wrote a blog post after my first ever event back in February 2018 which I’ll link here. If you’re a bit confused or want a refresher on what #StaySassy is I’d recommend you go read that first. It’s now October 2019 and I just attended my 10th event and my gosh was it one to remember.
PS I know I am very late posting this (over a month later) however I still wanted it documented on my blog….
As I write this I’m currently on holiday in Poznan, Poland with my best friend and we’re having a chill girly night however I just wanted to document this whilst I remember how it feels/felt. (p.s. I did edit this again once home from my holiday so don’t just think I sat on the sofa and ignored my bestie haha) Continue reading “5 year throwback…”
This is not going to be a long post at all, just a little update to let you know I’m still here, still blogging just not publishing anything at the moment, over the last few months I’ve put blogging to the back of my mind in exchange for my academics and just general social life as I felt I was putting too much pressure on myself to keep up to date in blog posts. Continue reading “A quick update…”
