Spurred on by Maria J Blogs ‘Right Move’ videos and the fact I graduate in a years time, I started to get a bit nosy myself into property browsing. Now I know it’s definitely still a few years til I actually could move out (and even still I’d be renting not buying). But ‘doing a RightMove’ as Maria puts it is where you just generally have a browse at what’s on RightMove.Continue reading “My First Home / Flat Checklist”
As most students do, during summer they start moving home because accommodations don’t have the option to stay over summer. And lets be real, we do miss home a lot more than some of us admit (yes, me included!). I’ve moved back home now, for just under 3 months which personally makes me so happy! Getting to finally spend time with family and friends with no sort of time restraint.Continue reading “Moving Back Home for 3 Months?!”
Week Five: 10 Things you’re thankful for.
This one I thought would be super easy because I have so many amazing things in my life to be grateful/thankful for however after writing a few down I realised I’m thankful for so much more, because as humans we take so much for granted every single day without even realising it.
Finally, after what seems a very long time coming, I’m moved in and settling in very nicely at my new flat in Leicester and I’m taking on my 2nd year at Addict! This post is one I have been thinking about writing for a while as I wanted to document the long process of finding the flat from the very beginning to now having moved in and settled.
It’s just going to be the “how I got here” kind of post because as I said it’s been a long time since I first saw this flat.
PS I know I am very late posting this (over a month later) however I still wanted it documented on my blog….
As I write this I’m currently on holiday in Poznan, Poland with my best friend and we’re having a chill girly night however I just wanted to document this whilst I remember how it feels/felt. (p.s. I did edit this again once home from my holiday so don’t just think I sat on the sofa and ignored my bestie haha) Continue reading “5 year throwback…”
So for those of you that read my last “Life update post” do not worry, this one is not as long, haha. September brought a lot of stress, but also a lot of new and fresh starts, my ‘Life Update’ posts will hopefully be once a month, however if the month hasn’t been the busiest or I feel there’s not a lot to document I might just add it in to the next month’s (double it up).
Just a little life update for you!
Many of you know already that my family and I moved house at the end of July this year (2017) to a new house, and we are just about settled in now with all the trouble we went through near the beginning of the move. So, why am I moving again? University! Of course you already know from the previous university posts! Continue reading “Update: Moving Again?”
Most of you know I moved house quite recently, it was such an exciting and emotional time. The house I moved from was basically my childhood home from a young age, where I made all my memories growing up so it was quite emotional leaving it all behind to move to a brand new house (still in the same village).
