At Home Workouts I’ve been Loving

Since Lockdown begin, so many people have had to part ways with the gym. Some are secretly quite happy about that and others are missing their beloved. I’ve been focusing on my fitness and health a lot more and have culminated a list of workouts I have been doing or at least tried during these times. I’m Proud! Bring on 2019…

After a hard ending to 2017, I had high expectations for 2018 to bring me the best times, it delivered! Providing me with memories and friendships I’ll cherish for a lifetime and I can’t wait to see grow, despite this it did come with it’s typical highs and lows but I’ll be doing a 2018 Round Up post soon, collecting all of these so that in years to come I can look back and remember what an awesome year 2018 was, and here we go… 2019, Bring it on! My Self-Care Checklist…

So… back in my post all about ‘Positivity and Happiness‘ I said at the end that I’d be following that up with a post on my self-care and how I look after myself.
