Reviewing my 2021 Goals…

Here we are, at the end of 2021 and what a year it has been. I’m not here to state the obvious but I can imagine it’s once again not been the year we expected, despite this I personally (and hope you have too!) have learnt a lot in this past year; about myself, others, society and life in general. It doesn’t always go to plan, and that’s okay.

At the beginning of the year I wrote a list of goals I had for 2021 and you guessed it, I’m here – holding myself accountable – to review those goals and see how I got on. I will say, in the blog post I only wrote 10 out of the many I had written down ‘offline’ so those 10 weren’t all my goals for the year ahead but they were the majority and main ones. 2017 Round-up

*Pre-warning: Long post… but hopefully worth your time*

There’s no lying that for me 2017 was the biggest roller-coaster year I’ve had, I lost track of how many highs and lows I had after about June. However despite the lows that came with 2017 I wanted to reflect on them, learn from them and move on. My goals for the next chapter…

I originally planned this post as a 10 goals for the next 10 years but I thought to myself I don’t want to limit or strive for the amount of goals I set myself and don’t want a time frame either in which I HAVE to complete them in. Blogging so far…

So as of now I’ve been blogging for 2 months and 7 days, so I thought I’d write a post about my experience so far because although it hasn’t been long, I’ve learnt so much which I feel I should share with the people I learnt it from. You.

The first thing that I noticed when I started up my blog was the amount of decisions to be made, not just what to write, but what theme and colour and font you want on your blog, how many menus you want, if there is a ‘read more‘ line etc… this was when I first realised it’s not as simple as I thought.Β  Continue reading “Blogging so far…”
