  • I won't lie, I didn't know what to post for this year's #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek as it something that I personally believe relates to everyone after the year we've been through. I definitely have been through my battles and struggles with my own mental health which I am very open about on and offline because discussing it and talking about mental health is the first step to fighting back. But it's not just those that battle with a mental health illness that it is relevent to, but it's to everyone who pushed through this last year of hell we've all experienced (in a variety of ways!). Here's a little collection of the ups and downs I've personally felt (I'll give bit more details on my story about each pic/vid) - I won't lie, I don't tend to take photos/videos at my lowest so even this post doesn't give a complete roundup of it all but it's closest I could get. I really hope that as each year passes, mental health becomes less of a taboo and stigma and more of a topic which is understood, accepted and that we learn to fight back against our demons in our heads. "A smile can mean a thousand words, but can also hide a thousand problems." 🥰

  • You can take the gal out of Yorkshire but you can't take Yorkshire out of the gal ❤️ It may not be home but it was lovely to be back in beautiful spaces back up north for a little bit ✨
