Without a shadow of a doubt, this year has been the most unexpected, heart-breaking, toughest 12 months of many peoples lives. I’d be stupid to think it’s been plain sailing for anyone around the world, especially as so many lives have been lost and so many economies and industries have been shattered, not to mention people’s livelihoods. However, as I always do I am going to try shine a ray of positivity on this post with counting down some of the ‘Good’ things that have come out of this year.Continue reading “20 Good Things to come out of 2020.”
Week 7: Write a Letter to your Body.
P.s. Sorry this one is late, I got a bit behind in posting… Anyways…
Hey! Hope everyone is enjoying their summer no matter what you’re doing!
I’ve been in Edinburgh for the past few days (not specifically for fringe however we did manage to see Cirque Beserk! whilst we were there) and I thought seen as though I never managed/got round to documenting my food diary in Amsterdam I thought that I’d do it for Edinburgh instead for those who maybe visiting.
As many of you might or might not be aware I took a short trip away to Amsterdam with my boyfriend back in May. Whilst we were there, as a typical lover of all food I took a photo (not a pretty ‘blogger’ style photo what so ever) of nearly everything I ate whilst on that trip, and on the flight back I was thinking about all the amazing food I’d had and that I wanted to share it with you all in case anyone was planning a trip to Amsterdam at some point in the future.
This post is more of a list of places I visited and the pictures to go with them, not a review style post, but if you are super interested in knowing a detailed review of a certain place please don’t hesitate to ask! Continue reading “My Amsterdam Food Diary…”
I’m 20! Today is the big day, I’m no longer a teenager.
Obviously it was going to come one day however I never thought it would come this fast. I can’t get over the fact that I am still very immature and childish in most aspects of my life and that will never change (I hope) because it’s boring if not. Continue reading “I’m no longer a Teen?!”
So when this post goes live I’ll have been at university a total of 13 days, of which non have been unlucky and only 4 of them I’ve had lessons. I have been having so much fun and getting to know a lot of new people (not as scary as I thought it would be) on my course and in my accommodation. I have been comparing what I thought about uni before and now that I’m here and thought I’d write a post about what I’ve learnt so far. This post has gone up today (on a Thursday) despite me saying I’ll be cutting the post schedule down to once a week, just because I thought as well as my usual posts you’ll be seeing, such as Looking after your skin? and a similar post due to come on Monday, it would be nice for you to catch up on what I’m currently doing in life. So without further ado… Continue reading “Things I Learnt at Freshers Week!”
