I’m on my way to becoming a Personal Trainer and thought I’d make a series of it on here to document the journey and this can go alongside the Instagram account I have made: @hannahkayfitnessContinue reading “PT Diaries: The Journey Begins…”
Here we are… we made it! 2021, finally seen the end of 2020. This isn’t me jinxing this year saying it’s going to be better but we can hope and manifest all the positivity, happiness and health for this year to come.Continue reading “2021 Goals”
Without a shadow of a doubt, this year has been the most unexpected, heart-breaking, toughest 12 months of many peoples lives. I’d be stupid to think it’s been plain sailing for anyone around the world, especially as so many lives have been lost and so many economies and industries have been shattered, not to mention people’s livelihoods. However, as I always do I am going to try shine a ray of positivity on this post with counting down some of the ‘Good’ things that have come out of this year.Continue reading “20 Good Things to come out of 2020.”
Recently a close friend of mine shared with me a YouTube video she had watched and in sense thought I’d enjoy it too. This YouTube video was by UnJaded Jade doing her review of her ‘Impossible’ List. I hope this helps you find an at home workout you love and pushes you to truly enjoy working out, not see it as a chore.Continue reading “At Home Workouts I’ve been Loving”

I have been on and off ‘plans’ and ‘routines’ and even ‘timetables’ in the past few weeks or just having a few tasks I want to complete in that day.
If anyone knows of ‘Grace Beverley‘ you will know the huge positive impact she has made and how she has gained her title of ‘Girl Boss’ within the sustainable activewear industry. Over a year ago now (it was their 1 year birthday on 7th May) she created a brand called TALA (@wearetala on Insta), which I have been following now since day 1 and loved everything they have produced.Continue reading “My ‘TALA’ Wardrobe”
Week 7: Write a Letter to your Body.
P.s. Sorry this one is late, I got a bit behind in posting… Anyways…
As I said in the last post (2017 Round-up), I promised I’d write a list of my 2018 Resolutions, mainly for me to look back on at the end of the year and as a mini checklist reminder to myself throughout. I also would love to know what your resolutions are, if you have any, if not what you are looking forward to this year. Let’s aim high! 2018 can be ours. Continue reading “2018…Resolutions?”
