I started on my journey to become a PT back in November 2020 alongside completing my BA Hons Degree in Dance Performance, passed my Level 2 Fitness Instructing in May 2021 and my Level 3 Personal Training in October 2021. Having set up my Personal Training business I currently work as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at a health club based in York.
In April 2022 I decided to further expand on my knowledge and services to become a Mental Health and Exercise Coach which means I can use exercise to impact and improve the by-products of exercise such as; improved confidence, self-esteem, independence and many more.
If you are based in York I offer FREE taster sessions for PT if you are interested in working with me in sessions, if you’re not based in York I offer other services online (find below).
